We want you to love your hair, it literally is the crown you never take off!


If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your hair, please let us know within a week of your visit. We will do our best to work with your schedule and get you back in the salon as soon as possible, to allow us to correct your hair, at no charge.


Our policy is to rectify before refund, meaning that we will always require the chance to fix your hair before we will consider a refund. Refunds will only be considered if you allow us this opportunity.
