When I thought about how I wanted Haven Hair Design to feel, it was important to create a tranquil environment where my clients could slow down, relax, be present, value their time in the chair, while taking a break from their busy lives, all while leaving with beautiful hair.

As a former technical advisor and hairdressing educator, I’m an expert at working with you to create a uniquely tailored healthy hair journey that results in a look that empowers you and is easy to manage. I’m well versed in the different needs of each and every client so my number one priority is helping you become the very best version of yourself.

At Haven Hair Design, you’ll never get passed from one person to another. You’ll be looked after by the same stylist end to end in a serene, peaceful environment, free from sensory overload.

It’s important to us at Haven Hair Design that our products are ethical and environmentally friendly. That’s why we only stock and use products that are vegan and/or PETA approved.

We use only the best colour and styling products at Haven Hair Design. Our colour is Teotema, from Italy which is completely Vegan with the highest quality colour pigments to ensure rich, glossy, full-coverage colour.

Our retail and basin products are Joico, all approved by PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals). This means that Joico has been verified as not conducting, paying for, or allowing any tests on animals, whether for product ingredients or formulations, or finished products anywhere in the world.

We have been embracing the grey but need a little help with an ammonia free colour to just get us through the half way point. Am absolutely kicking myself as I didn't take a before photo. You need to imagine very grown out heavy highlights on naturally dark hair. And my client wants to grow out the old blonde so I used my favourite ammonia free gloss product straight over the old colour and 20 minutes later this stunning glossy colour was created. Keeping up your regular colour appointment not only makes you feel fabulous....it's actually cheaper. As when you extend a colour appointment more product is required due to the extra length of natural hair and we will probably need to use toners to help blend the very faded ends.
